Expertise: Preclinical (combinational) drug screens, convection-enhanced delivery and MRI-guided high intensity focal ultrasound (HIFU) in DIPG, BBB-targeted liposomal drug encapsulation, clinical trials in children, molecular drug imaging (PET imaging of radiolabeled drugs).
Tumour types: paediatric high-grade glioma, diffuse midline gliomas / DIPG.
